Reese's Peanut Butter
Cookie Bites

Easy to make and will surely become a family favorite!

Step 1 - Gather Ingredients

1 Roll pillsbury peanut butter cookie dough
1 bag of Reese's Peanut Butter cups (minis)
1/2 cup sugar
Milk chocolate morsels (optional)

Step 2 - The Cookie Dough

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll 1 teaspoon of cookie dough into a ball and then coat in sugar.

Place cookie dough balls into greased mini muffin cups.

Step 3 - Add the Reese's and Bake

Insert Reese's Peanut Butter Cup into center of dough. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until done. Cool in pan before trying to remove.

Step 4 - Final

When cookie bites are cool, drizzle melted milk chocolate morsels on each individual cup, if desired. Enjoy with with a nice glass of milk!
