Step 1 - Gather Ingredients
1 large chicken breast or 3 small chicken tenders, grilled or baked, cooled and chopped.
(You can also use cold rotisserie chicken.)
3/4 - 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 large or 2 small peaches, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
12 - 15 red grapes, sliced
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/4 tsp dill
1/2 tsp salt
a pinch of black pepper
