No Mix Meatloaf

Step 1 - Gather Ingredients

2 Pounds lean ground beef
1 (1 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Step 2 - Prepare Ground Beef

Shape meat into a loaf 3 inches high on a sheet of foil. Sprinkle dry soup mix over top of meat.

Step 3 - Add Soup & Bake

Cover with can of soup. Seal in foil. Bake in a shallow pan 1 hour and 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Serves 6-8.
