Lemon Brownies

Step 1 - Gather Ingredients

1 (18.25 oz.) box of Lemon Supreme cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup pecans, chopped
Confectioners' sugar

Step 2 - Mix it Up

Empty cake mix in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add sugar, water, oil and eggs. Mix well by hand and add nuts. Batter will be thick.

Step 3 - Bake & Cool

Pour and spread batter in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cut into squares. Store in a tightly covered container.

Step 4 - Final

Now you're ready to serve and smile. Simple Tip: We recommend serving this with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Add lemon or pecan for a great garnish. Great alternative to regular, boring brownies. Absolutely delicious!
