1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
Step 2 - Combine Ingredients and Heat
Combine all ingredients except whipping cream. Cook over medium heat in a heavy saucepan, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Cool completely.
Step 3 - Add Whipped Cream and Cool
Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 4 - Final
This dip will keep several days when refrigerated in tightly covered container.
