1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbs butter
1/3 cup Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Hot cooked Minute Premium Rice (optional)
Step 2 - Shrimp & Garlic
Cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter in large skillet on medium-high heat, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Step 3 - Country Dijon
Blend in mustard, lemon juice and parsley; heat thoroughly.
