Crunchy Peanut and Pumpkin Seed Brittle
What do you do with all of those pumpkin seeds when you carve your Jack-o-lanterns? Full of the sweet and salty flavors you love, this crunchy treat makes an awesome, quick go-to snack this Halloween season.

Step 1 - Gather Ingredients
1/2 cup water
2 cups sugar
2 cups PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts
3/4 cup (4 oz.) pumpkin seeds
2 tsp. butter, softened
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
Step 2 - Make the Brittle
Cover surface of cutting board with parchment or waxed paper; lightly spray paper with cooking spray. Set aside. Cook water and sugar in large heavy saucepan on high heat 8 to 10 min. or until sugar turns a dark amber color, stirring frequently. Swirl pan and brush down sugar crystals on sides of pan with wet pastry brush just until sugar comes to boil.
Step 4 - Final
Drizzle or spread thin layer of chocolate over brittle. Enjoy!
