Creepy Cocktail

1 oz. Captain Morgan white rum
3 Tbsp. simple syrup
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 oz. Captain Morgan spiced barrel rum

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add fresh lime juice, white rum, simple syrup and pomegranate juice. Shake 30 seconds then strain into a glass – leaving space at the top. Gently pour in the spiced barrel rum to it floats on top.

Party tip: Rim your glass with black sanding sugar and garnish with gummy bats or spiders for a fun Halloween touch!
