3 cups cooked chicken breast (bite size)
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup almond slivers
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 2 - Mix it Up
Combine all ingredients and toss lightly with sour cream and mayonnaise. (If mixture seems dry, add 1-2 teaspoonfuls of honey.)
Step 3 - Refrigerate
Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce leaf or a slice of honeydew melon or cantaloupe.
