Blueberry Crisp

This recipe is perfect for the fresh, summer blueberries from Harveys, or those you may have stored. It's quick, very easy to make, but oh-so-good! Top with creamy vanilla ice cream for a perfectly decadent delight!

Step 1 - Gather Ingredients

1 qt blueberries, washed
1 stick margarine
1 c all-purpose flour
1 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Step 2 - The Blueberries

Place berries in an 8x8-inch baking dish.

Step 3 - The Crisp

Cut margarine into flour and add sugar and salt. Sprinkle over berries and bake 1 hour in a 325 degree oven.

Step 4 - Serve

Serve warm and top it off with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
