Barbequed Turkey

Grill your turkey and add some tasty BBQ sauce to make that turkey the star of the show!

Step 1 - Gather Ingredients

5 lbs turkey breast, thawed
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 Tbs brown sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard

Step 2 - Microwave Turkey

Rinse turkey and pat dry with paper towel, place skin side up in microwave pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 10 minutes.

Turn over and microwave on medium 20 minutes.

Step 3 - Mix Sauce and Heat the Grill

Mix all other ingredients.

Preheat grill.

Step 4 - Final

Cook the turkey on grill at medium setting 5" from heat, covered for 30 to 45 minutes, turning once.

Brush with the BBQ sauce the last 5 minutes of cooking.
